What is Pulley?

Pulley represents the perfect crystal ball for all your marketing, segmentation and advertising related questions. Ever wondered, “who should I send what messages to and when?” Pulley has the answers.

Whether you’re looking to gain traction with email or SMS campaigns, with Pulley, it’s easy to create AI-driven customer segments (for example – “50% or higher likelihood to purchase again,” or “high value customers” or “likely to buy the peanut butter ice cream,” “customers at risk of churn” – the list is endless!)

Their software is able to predict what percentage discount you should offer this customer segment, which products they are most likely to buy and what should be cross-sold and upsold to them. Pulley can also predict your average order value from this customer segment. In short, this is pretty cool, clever stuff.

Pulley helps create a whole host of dynamic lists within your email service provider and Facebook ads manager, and then enables you to create automations around those lists to better sell more products. They even tell you approximately how much more money you can expect to make by creating these dynamic audiences and automations.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Pulley is less valuable for pass-through businesses that sell one product to customers one time. Since they bill by customer, Pulley will also represent less favorable ROI to merchants that have extremely low Average Order Value (AOV).
