This is more helpful than you think about understanding the value of the tool and how it will actually work when you go to execute with it. You can see different widgets, notifications and even simulate a transaction, seeing what it would look like for your customers.
ShopPop also tracks all of the information you receive from chatting with customers and includes it in their Audience dashboard. So if you are able to gather if someone is male or female, where they live, an email address, or anything else that will help with segmentation, it will be tracked in their profile.

ShopPop can be set up and managed by anyone in marketing, and will also be managed by your customer service team. Their plug and play options can have you up and running in a matter of minutes, but like with any tool the more time you invest in customizing the messaging and campaigns, the more you will get out of it.
Your customer service team will typically hop in daily to check customer responses/inquiries and answer them.
On the marketing side, you may only adjust copy or the tool monthly, maybe weekly at most, or depending on new campaign launches, updates, product launches, etc.

ShopPop is a leaner alternative - meaning less features as of today, but also focused in a slightly different area, customer service - to larger Messenger tools. They are great for starting stores and growth stage stores that have (or want to have) an emphasis on using Messenger as a communication channel.
