Fashion leaders are waking up to the need to become more responsible, inclusive and digitally forward thinking. This year’s Drapers Awards recognise those efforts.
Categories such as the Diversity and Inclusion Award celebrate the strides fashion brands and retailers are making towards creating workplaces that foster a sense of belonging for all, and projecting this out to their customers.
Meanwhile, Womenswear and Menswear Brand of the Year, and Retailer of the Year, place increasing onus on diversity, sustainability and purpose-driven retail.
And for 2023 we have changed our individual award category to Retail Star of the Year, recognising talent across the industry – irrespective of age or years of service.
