Okendo is a very robust review tool that makes it easy to capture and publish reviews to your site, and to your Google Shopping (Product) feeds. It has been proven to increase conversion rate and lower cost per acquisition on Google Ads.

Their moderation tool identifies sentiment and profanity. They even allow you to star out profanity and keep it in the review, if you want.

Okendo has put a huge focus on mobile performance and their widget load time, claiming to have a 50% lower "payload" than competitors, with very fast widget load times.

While most, if not all review tools should be loading asynchronously (meaning they load after the user can interact with the page), it is still very important to have the widget load quickly, so that it is ready as soon as the user scrolls down to see it. And this is tricky because all review tools have to load the reviews every time the page loads.

They also allow for Grouping, which is to send custom review requests based on what type of products the customer has purchased.

Smaller stores and starter stores or stores not likely to quickly grow past $100k revenue/year may prefer another option simply because the sweet spot for Okendo merchants is really that $299/month tier, and while the lower tiers can provide a ton of value, the lower tiers, especially the $29/month tier is comparable to some of the more bottom of market solutions.
