Bio

With over two decades of digital and affiliate marketing experience, Lee-Ann Johnstone is a veteran and influencer in the affiliate marketing industry. Voted as one of iGaming’s most influential women in 2019, she started her career in affiliate marketing in the early 2000s and brings extensive cross-industry expertise. She’s the founder of Affiverse Media, a media and community platform dedicated to helping affiliates and affiliate managers succeed, reaching over 35,000 practitioners globally. In 2020, she launched Affiverse Agency, an award-winning affiliate and performance marketing agency helping brands launch, scale, and grow affiliate programs. Lee-Ann also runs the Affiliate Manager Performance Program (AMPP)—a 12-week mastermind that’s trained nearly 200 affiliate managers to date. In September 2024, she launched the ELEVATE Summit, a high-impact live event bringing the performance marketing industry together in London to learn, connect, and grow.
