Justuno is a mid to upmarket Conversion Optimization Platform that uses Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to help you figure out how to best capture leads and convert them to sales.
They have a super granular analytics dashboard, tons of pre-built templates (complete with designs and targeting roles), discount codes and a deep Klaviyo integration. You even have the choice to build it out yourself with their nifty wizard builder. Their segmentation and targeting options are very very good.
JustUno’s A/B testing tool makes it really easy to test pop-ups and determine where/when they work best, which allows you to easily add in a control group and study the conversion rate of not just testing two pop ups or offers, but also no offer.
What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
They have their own SMS Text functionality which is very slick - similar to what a native SMS tool like Postscript would do, they allow you to click from the site over to your SMS tool so that you essentially have two-click opt-in to SMS, as opposed to having to enter your phone number. It’s a big conversion rate booster.
The #1 most important differentiator is how they integrate with your product catalog to create cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on many different filtering options. This is way more than just collecting an email and converting, it’s about personalizing and using behaviors (order behavior, cart behavior, and view behavior) to best offer the right products to customers, thus increasing average order value. You can set this up with whatever segmentation you want, perhaps a list of 10 products, and then their AI takes over and will test all those products to your set audience, and the product that converts the best will automatically be shown.
Justuno focuses specifically on your on-site conversion rate. At the top of this funnel is email (or phone, or Messenger or web push) opt-ins, then moving down to conversion rate. Other metrics to look at are cart abandonment rate (which should improve), the effectiveness of your paid advertising (Return on Ad Spend or ROAS), and average order value (AOV).
This is a tool best managed by your marketing department, whether by a marketing specialist, head of marketing, head of email marketing, etc. Setup can be done in just a few minutes, but you’re going to get more value by spending a lot of time in this tool, running unique campaigns for dedicated collections or product bundles, testing different offers, and iterating from there.
To get the most out of Justuno, I'd recommend a strong 5 hour setup phase with a few core offers and tests lined up, then checking in every other week for optimization and iteration.
They definitely cater best to the mid market and enterprise merchant who has the dedicated resources to segment, personalize, and think creatively about how to increase conversion rates with pop-ups and upsells. They also work well for agencies that can roll out templates across multiple clients, and agencies can get training from the JustUno team.
I would not recommend Justuno for early-stage stores, stores with low traffic, stores just getting off the ground, or even stores with 1 or 2 products in total that sell to the same audience - as the value of this tool will increase drastically when you have multiple products, offers, or audience profiles (personas).
