What is {listing}?
The faster a site loads, the faster a user can find and choose their product(s) and checkout, as well as the more likely they are to browse around and find more things to by.
Zycada works by speeding up the display of first-party content on your user's browsing experience. Put more simply, they make websites load faster. Which has been proven to improve user experience and conversion rate for your store.
Zycada is pretty much always going to get page speed load time to under 100ms, which on average, gives their customers an 8% increase in conversion rate.
This will vary based on what eCommerce platform you're using. A typical Shopify store will load between 400ms and 700ms to the moment of first interaction - the moment where the user can engage with and scroll the site (considered the most important factor in page speed load time). BigCommerce is typically in the 500ms - 900ms range.
They focus specifically on first-party content, not third party content like your review tool, your personalization tool. They partner nicely with a tool like Yottaa in order to improve the loading of javascript snippets and 3rd party tools. They do technically get the calls to 3rd party tools faster, because the start of the site load is occurring faster. Also the page, in most of these cases, is loading very fast, it's just the widget, or 3rd party tool (like the review section) that hasn't loaded, etc.

What makes {listing} different than competitors?
What metrics is {listing} going to improve for my eCommerce store?
Zycada is truly quite different in the "how" they solve the page speed load time problem. They are focused on this annoying delay in page speed load time called "Cloud Latency" which is the time between when you ask for a webpage, and they actually send something back to you. What is going on at this time is that the server is processing your request and pulling in all sorts of dynamic content. Zycada is essentially turning this dynamic content into static content, thus reducing cloud latency and therefore reducing page speed load time. Also, the way they do this is through "session-aware" bots, which you can think of as a simple tool for gathering dynamic content and predicting the user journey by preparing the next page before the user even clicks over to it.
Who has to manage {listing} and how long does it take to setup?
Typically it may be the c-suite or business executives looking to improve the website and get more revenue. You also have the head of eCommerce or IT department who may be advocates for the tool, and in some cases have the buying power to start using Zycada without needing to pass it by the exec team.
To install Zycada, you just need to change two DNS records on your domain hosting platform (often Cloudflare or maybe GoDaddy or Name.com).
If you really want to, they will do a split test to show you the results. Typically you don't really need to, as the results are apparent from a page speed load time standard, and you can assume the increased conversion rate and performance follows.
Is {listing} right for my store?
Zycada can be used by any and all established and growing brands looking to reduce page speed load time and increase conversion rate on their site. The more Direct-to-Consumer revenue you have, the more you should care about page speed load time. Stores doing over $1mm, $5mm, $100mm+ absolutely need a solution like Zycada for reducing page speed load time.
The more pages a user visits on your site, the more valuable Zycada will be.
Starting stores, small brands, and brands doing under $100k/year probably don't need their solution yet.
