Shop2App is a hyper-focused mobile app builder for subscription brands who are looking to improve customer loyalty and retention.
When a user downloads the app, they start with a brief onboarding sequence, which the brand creates, and then they are moved into a unique homepage experience that the brand builds out. This can be similar to your existing homepage, but it will be at least a little different, and is catered towards existing customers.
Users can easily manage their subscriptions from the backend of the app, skip a month, add a product, or unsubscribe, with the custom ReCharge flow built in, and then go to checkout. Checkout itself is still native web, meaning they get taken to a webpage to finalize that checkout process.
The user only has to go through the checkout process once, and then their information is remembered for all future transactions. So while we are going to native web (which is sort of forced by ReCharge and Shopify) it’s still a very seamless experience.
They have a deep integration with Smile.io for encouraging usage of your loyalty program and loyalty points, including through push notifications.
Their push notifications options include:
- Welcome Offer
- Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment
- Post-Purchase Upsell, Follow Up Offers
- Blog Post Education / Engagement
- Custom Flows
What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
